We run a vaping business because we’re vapers ourselves, and we know how important it is to get the products you’re looking for delivered quickly and reliably. To achieve that we’ve set up a fast and efficient order processing system, and we constantly strive to make it even better.
Our aim is to have a satisfied customer with every order, and if something does go wrong we’ll do our best to fix it right away.
- All orders placed before 5pm from Monday to Friday are normally dispatched by the end of that working day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be sent on Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holiday weekends).
- We offer free UK delivery on all orders – with no minimum order value. Expedited 24-hour delivery and shipment to anywhere in the EU are available at competitive rates.
- Keeping track of your orders is important, so every order placed with Vape Direct is fully trackable from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it’s in your hands. When your order is shipped we will update it online with the shipping and tracking information; you can access this through your account control panel. We will also send you this information by email and, if we have your mobile number, by text message. We use two delivery services, so please ensure you track your order through the correct portal:
